Turf and KOS Rules

Rules that govern the conduct within turf wars to ensure fair play and order.

1. Do not drive any vehicle into a turf, /dv it outside, not inside.
2. No camping inside of bushes in turfs.
3. Only whitelisted gangs can participate in turfs.
4. Do not exploit when you die.
5. No emoting inside turfs.
6. No shooting people outside of the turf whilst you're in.
7. No shooting people inside of the turf whilst you're out.
8. You can go on roofs except 'Crack House' roof.
9. Do not wear other gang clothing just to get them strikes.
10. You're only allowed to wear one gang's clothing.
11. LSPD is not allowed in turfs.
12. Do not use any helmet that can make you get a eating bug.
13. No invisible clothing.
14. Don't go inside of a building.
15. No sitting on the edge to check timer, simply use /turfs command.
16. Gatewatching is not allowed; you cannot run in last second to tie/win the turf if you were standing there for more than 30 seconds. If you arrive last second, you can run it to try to win it.
17. Must wear at least two pieces of clothing that match your gang (or your own custom clothing).
18. If you are not in the turf when it captures and you get caught, it will be a strike.
19. Do not stay dead inside of turfs.
20. No turning on IDRange (/+toggleids) within turfs.
21. No teaming within turfs.
22. No running in & out of turfs.
23. If you own a ped, you cannot use any inside of turfs whatsoever. It will result in an instant DQ and a 12-hour ban.
24. Refrain from killing players right after a turf.
25. Maximum of 10 members per gang can be present at a turf.

Regulations for engaging in Kill on Sight (KoS) activities, to ensure they are conducted responsibly and with official approval.

1. Kill on Sight (KoS) must receive approval from server management via the discord.gg/mercuryrp #kos-request ticket, without exceptions! Failing to do this will lead to a 12-hour ban for each player involved in an unauthorized KoS or gang war.
2. Leaders from each gang have to come to an agreement & open a #kos-request ticket on the factions discord for approval.
3. You can only be at war with one gang at a time.
4. You and your gang have to be wearing 3 pieces of clothing that mirror each other and have in-game roles.
5. If you kill on sight with anyone you aren’t at war with, you will be banned.
6. Killing on sight with another gang can last a maximum of 72 hours.
7. Killing on sight is not permitted in green zones.
8. Exploiting will not be tolerated (pb, emote, etc.).
9. Any violations of the gang war rules will result in said gang being removed from participating in KoS/Gang Wars and are subject to punishment within the server.
10. Maximum of two different KoS/Gang Wars will take place at the same time.
11. You are not allowed to /pb a body till they bleed out; you are however allowed to camp the bodies until EMS arrives. If you choose to pay off bodies, you will need to make sure you contain 3 or more people and pay the fee of $15,000,000 to EMS personnel per body.
12. Any form of metagaming will not be tolerated.
13. You are not allowed to have allies during KoS/gang wars.
14. You cannot join a gang just to participate in their KoS/gang war within 24 hours of start.
